it is advertisement site. in this site he has sold pixels to different people at the rate of 1$ per pixel. It gives the page a kind of good look. He hopes to create internet history by maintaining the site forever. But since he happens to be a million dollar person--mostly called a millionaire or something he will qualify as a celebrity. so it will not be possible to meet him.
